So during my winter break from College we had a 65 degree day, December 28th to be exact.
This was after Christmas, when, as some of you might remember from the Christmas Presents thread, I received a Porter Cable 7424 Buffer from my family.

So, upon waking up, I decided that because I had the good luck of having a nice day during December, I should take advantage of it and detail up the Olds, laying a coat of wax on it with the new PC to help battle the winter and make up for the shitty Adams crap that Jimmy so nicely helped put onto it in August. It smelled great, its really too bad its so hyped up and really doesn't last for any longer than 2 weeks, and didn't on my grandfather's 2002 Cadillac Seville either.

Annnyway, so I started with one dirty Olds:

Then I washed it and put on two coats of Black Magic Liquid Wax with the PC, now look at that shiiiiine:

Also worthy of note, I also washed my grandfather's 2002 Cadillac Seville SLS, because it was disgusting as a result of him driving to Bradley airport in Hartford, CT in a snowstorm:

After a wash that took an hour because I can't do something half-assed and this car was probably one of the dirtiest I've washed in a while:

It was a long day, but I'm happy with the results.
Cars that are well waxed repel snow so much better! :D

That Caddy is the car I would have got if I didn't like the design of the LH so much, those ride very nicely.

Great job Ryan, both look a lot better clean. I can't wait till the temps get better, this past Saturday, it was -10 in my driveway at 0730 in the morning, there is no way I am washing anything outside, yes my Intrepid looks like crap now.

Nice job Ryan. Those Caddys are nice. If I could have found a good deal on one I would have gotten that instead of the M.

Eh, honestly, I'm not the biggest fan of it.
Its nice looking, but its really nothing too special.
Honestly I like my Intrepid a lot better.
The Northstar should be more powerful for how much of a gas hog it is.

I would be interested in trying out the STS though, that was the sport (and more expensive) version.

Don't know Ryan if it was your glasses or the camera but even the driveway was shiney!!

Nice start on the Olds, old gal cleaned up pretty sweet.
