I am looking for rims that I can find a good deal on, I found these magnum/charger wheels and want to ask if anyone could please photoshop the wheels onto a pic of my car to see how they will look like.
http://i6.ebayimg.com/08/i/000/c2/fd/c4e5_1.JPG
Any pics that would be easy for some of you to photoshop from my sig thread please use any of the updated ones. I'd like a view from the front and the back since I am serious about getting the magnum wheels. Also can you take the center cap off and put a chrysler logo fairly easily?

Hi West Coast, I'm East Coast!
I don't have any pictures of my Car on the beach, Mainly cause I am afraid of the salt just killing it with rust. Which, if I did take it on the beach, I would so Go Home and spray it down all Over!

Dude...those of us in the north have so much salt on our cars it's not funny. Hell, Stoney turned gray.

The angle of your car sucks for photoshopping easily, now having said that, wouldn't it be nice if those factory wheels were 18"
http://www-rohan.sdsu.edu/~hurley/I275_6.jpg
But they are not, so you have to get those Magnum wheels, I had to copy the tire and wheel for the front, not perfect but you get the idea, I changed the color slightly to reflect the golden sun and beach colors.

Wow thanks Charles, sorry about the angle but I just chose some pics since I have so many. If you could photoshop one from the front too I'd appreciate it big time!! But if you want just choose another pic from my sig thread, if not thats fine too, you gave me a good perspective! But yea my rims would look great if they were 18" and especially chrome.

Well just looking for rims and I came across these (http://i164.photobucket.com/albums/u1/MK727/MK727%20Ablum%202/chargertims.jpg) I just wonder how they'd look like on my car, with the black and chrome theme I want these might be a cheap way to go. They are 18's and will fit my car.

I've got a set of 4 BSA 20" wheels/tires for $950 as shown in my for sale thread.
I don't know if you've priced tires for 18" and above wheels but that might shock you some! Even no name Chinese tires for 18" wheels will run you around $400 for 4. 20" and above that goes up big time. Might be something to think about.
And even for the R/T a 17" tire in a brand name is going to cost you at least $90 each. Even if you go with someplace like tire rack where it's discounted...you'll have to pay some for shipping(unless you luck out on a sale) and then just about any local tire shop will rip you on mounting/balancing because you didn't buy the tires from them. If you've got a source that'll do the mount and balance cheap..then the online purchase would be good. Otherwise..buyer beware and do your research!
Well the wheels were on ebay and at the last minute someone jacked the price up to where I didn't want it anymore. So back to looking for rims.
lol... I ended up winning that auction, but I wasn't the one that outbid you! I got them for $266 and I think that's a great price for a set of 4 Charger rims!
I275westcoastflorida
01-29-2008, 01:44 PM
Yea you are lucky you live close so that shipping charge doesn't apply to you. Thats the reason I didn't bid as soon as somebody bid 220 something. I'm really not in that big of a rush to get rims as like ronbo said it isn't cheap. I'm in more of a rush to get chrome door handles lol.

I really think those top ones will look awesome on your car.
They're a good looking wheel.
Either that or hold out for 300C wheels themselves.
If I owned a Concorde (someday!) I would be on the lookout for a set, because I think the Concorde looks good with wheels with a lot of spokes on them.
You're lucky that you live in an area where there are rims to be had.
New England isn't exactly the swap your rims capital of the world.
Now, if I lived in California, I'd be in heaven!

I've decided to go after the 17" polished alloys, I found a local company on ebay and asked them if I could pick a set of 4 up and pay no shipping or any extra charges. I think if anything 17" rims might be better because tires might be cheaper.

Hey if you find something in the Orlando area, I can pick them up for you, especially if you are getting something without tires. I am going to be coming home to Clearwater the last weekend in February so that would give you some time to get tires too. Just throwing that out there for you.

245/50/17 is your size.
I'd have a look at them. Good price if they are in good shape. Even if you keep the tires, you can always sell them after. I did that with my Magnum rims. Will you be happy with 17's though?

Well I hear that with 18's tires are even more expensive, that and I think 17's would fit perfectly in with the Concorde, 18's would be nicer though. Its worth a look, hell I might have a potential buyer for my current rims so I'd make some money back.

That's stock R/T.
The tires aren't that cheap because there aren't many out there. Whatever size the late 90s mustang GT uses was a favored choice a while back because of a huge number of different models available.

Interesting. I did notice that when I was looking, the 18's and the 20's were priced nearly identically. That was unheard of a couple of years back. Supply and demand rules, I guess.
