As always - I apologise for my bad English.:)

On one of forums I seen, how the person has made to itself illumination on lateral racks (it took idea on a Toyota website). But LED light looking out from under cover did not seduce me.

Such bright illumination was not necessary to me.
My purpose - decorative illumination.
I have decided to improve this mod and to make its more aesthetic.

I have removed cover of central pillar.
http://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112781454.jpg

The cover edge has a small ledge.
http://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112781455.jpghttp://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112781456.jpg

I put cover to transparent plexiglas and noted a cut edge.
http://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112781457.jpg

On cover has noted cut edge corresponding to thickness of plexiglas .
http://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112781459.jpg

Then cut out a strip completely. Further process of polishing and adjustment.
Here so the adjusted part looks.

Finally adjustment of details. Then gluing.
http://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112781465.jpghttp://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112781466.jpg

Plexiglas and plastic joint.
http://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112781467.jpg

On a gleam from a usual lamp.
http://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112781468.jpg

The test with a LED tape. Perfectly!
http://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112781469.jpghttp://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112781470.jpg

The modified cover on a place. Without illumination.
The strip is hardly appreciable. I aspired to it.
http://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112781472.jpg

Then has made a platform for tape installation, has accurately mounted a tape on this platform.

Testing connection.
http://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112912848.jpghttp://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112912849.jpg

Before finally installation, I connected this system in the car.
To look, whether it will be too bright.
http://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112912851.jpg

Really, too brightly.
It was necessary to insert resistance on 270 ohm.
After that brightness has reached necessary level.
http://sam01.users.photofile.ru/photo/sam01/96219869/large/112912850.jpg

Power connection took from a dimmer by which brightness of illumination to pockets and handles opening doors is regulated.

Finally installation.

Thanks, friends!
To me your estimations are very pleasant!

Unfortunately in Russia such mods don't understanding.
It's necessary to tell that in Russia modding and tuning are developed very badly: primitively and insipidly.

Some people twist a finger at a temple that I fool. Well, and I simply train, I become skilled.
In my head there are thousand ideas.
Unfortunately to realise is it's not possible in the absence of money...

Anything, I will do gradually.:)
I do not despond!:)

I had thought of that for a future mod, but that old procrastinator bug bit me again.

It is good to see what it looks like executed very well
